They were prompt in responding and addressing our issues. They did a great job fixing a few different leaks. They had to remove a small patch of drywall but were meticulous in making it a neat cut. Prices are quite reasonable for plumbing services. Will definitely use them again.
Very fast and had good communication throughout the process . This company was referred to me by my routine plumber that had a large job that couldn’t be broken away from …. The cost was a little more than I am used to , but the bill was dropped from the original quote as all parts ordered were not required …. I can’t imagine that the transparency exists with most companies . A real testament to “you get what you pay for “. Class act !
My Family and I struggled with our faucet, garbage disposal and our hot water tank for about 3 months and we had 2 other companies send out a technician and they were not successful. A friend referred Dustin and he was amazing! It was late at night and he took our call; he came over in a snow storm to help us figure out the problems we were having. Within an hour, he identified them and was able to repair our leaking faucet in the kitchen, fix the garbage disposal and scheduled a later date to install our hot water tank. He took the time to follow up with us and accomodate our schedule. The following weekend he came over and installed the hot water tank. He did not leave a mess and stayed for a while to make sure his work was guaranteed. We are so thankful we found Dustin! He did amazing work for an affordable price and has excellent customer service skills. He was very resourceful and professional. We have already recommended him to family, friends and coworkers. I was really happy with the experience we had. I spoke with the owner and they were able to get their team to install a new hot water heater same day. They arrived quicker than anticipated due to finishing an earlier job sooner than expected. Installation went well and they brought our system up to code by installing shut-off valves. I would reccommend and use them again for anything we need!
Extremely friendly and prompt. Not only did they take care of the issue, they went a step further and diagnosed what the issue was and communicated an effective plan moving forward to eliminate a further problem. Both Zane and Dustin responded in a professional, friendly manner and will DEFINITELY be who we contact in the future for our plumbing needs. Lastly, extremely fair pricing.
