Tim and Pat were awesome! I called the morning of and the guys came later that same day to replace my water heater that crapped out (all throughout my basement). They were clean, efficient, picked up after themselves, and they even took so much thought and care into my home that they brought separate shoes to wear inside. Thanks for the prompt, and thoughtful service!
Tim was brought into a project that had gray water and septic tank issues. it was determined that the whole house plumbing should be reworked to bring it up to regulation code and fix ventilation issue that was done many years ago. Each sink, shower and tube got its own drain line to septic tank outlet as well as installed a laundry tub and new sump pump for washing machine. All done in 1 long days work. Great service, professional knowledge and workmanship. Highly recommended
Bought the home I'm in 4 years ago and had a recent septic issue. Called on a Sunday, Tim picked right up, and after describing the issue, practically diagnosed it over the phone. Tim got here the next day and assessed the situation, which he was right on point with. He resolved the issue quickly and efficiently while explaining why and root cause of the issue. This guy really knows his stuff, and goes above and beyond for his customers. Will definitely use Tim's services for whenever I'm in need of septic repair.
Great company! We had an issue with our toilet being clogged past what I could fix. Having a family of 5 using one bathroom, we needed it fixed asap. He came out promptly, was professional, knowledgeable, and had us up and running (literally) in no time. Highly recommend! I will be using him in the future if needed!
Weekend issue - so courteous to explain the issue and action that was needed. Fully explained if I wanted the weekend service a premium charge …and if I could wait it would be cheaper during the week. Unbearable snow conditions and they plugged away without a concern ….such a nice satisfying service - highly recommend !
