I was very happy with the service we received. Tommy came the next day as scheduled, was on time, gave adequate notice that he was on his way. National Grid found multiple leaks in my gas lines and turned off my gas service on Sat. John came and completed emergency repairs to get heat back on... and waited till National Grid came to restore service to make sure I had heat. Later in week, John and his partner Pete came to replace all gas lines for stove, dryer, and hot water. Both were friendly, extremely professional, and kept me informed of what they were doing throughout the process. The finished lines were direct, neat and securely fashioned. They reinstalled all appliances and tested them to make sure they worked properly and cleaned up their work site thoroughly. Would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.
Our Technician Johnathon Massick was absolutely amazing,Especially in the weather conditions freezing cold, ice and rain..Johnathon Did not give up until the job was completed.. Johnathon was very thorough with his report with explaining the situation that was occurring and giving us problems.. There upfront with pricing so there are no curveballs.
