The two employees they sent replaced the 20 year old hot water heater we had in the basement. They were very efficient and worked together on putting and taking out the old one. They made sure the new hot water heater was hooked up properly and no gas leaks. They instructed me on how it worked and what it should be set at to be the right temperature. It has worked perfectly since it was installed. We are very happy with the new hot water heater and we would definitely use AP plumbing if we have any plumbing issues in the future.

We were fully informed throughout their inspection and well advised as to different ways of addressing the initial plumbing issue that required their services. After AP Plumbing’s initial estimate it was easy to go forward with the work! They were so professional and friendly and I have been consistently impressed with the quality of the work they’ve done. Will definitely be using them again in the future.
Another problem arose about a week later not related to the first plumbing issue. I called AP Plumbing again based upon my first experience. Tommy showed up and within less than a half hour the issue was resolved. Tommy is amazing, friendly, informative and experienced with plumbing problems and how to correct them.
