Great customer service and knowledgeable, was able to speak to some on my first phone call. Spoke to Luke 5/11/24 about Redbud trees, they had single stemmed and multi stemmed available, both in pots and balled & burlaped. Shopped their garden center 5/12/24 George and I believe Jessica helped me find and load 2 redbuds. I went with 2 single stem redbud trees, appear in good health are 7’-8’ in roughly 15 gallon “paper pots”. George used twine to wrap the top of the trees up and then load them into the back of my SUV. Lots of selection and space to walk and roam. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, was very busy as it is Mothers Day weekend. I do recommend wearing a pair of rain boots, garden boots the paths for trees etc. are a bit wet and muddy. Was also given planting instructions and was told the trees have a 1 year guarantee. Will shop again.

This review was initially a poor one as I was initially turned away from exchanging a sick plant I bought. I emailed and George looked up my purchase, called and agreed to replace it. While I still am surprised by the initial refusal that was my first bad experience. There’s a lot to be said for making something right. Not all in the landscaping business would do that. Even in my first review I mentioned they have great variety of plants and trees especially.
President's Day 2024: If you need a landscaping project, forget Aspinall's. They are booked for all of 2024 already and ignoring customer requests. Aspinall's did a landscaping design for us before covid hit. The project was in the price range of $35,000 (yes, like the price of a car) at that time. We liked the design but the project went on hold during COVID. In July 2023, I called Aspinall's and said I would like to proceed but wanted a couple changes. They said OK. I have been calling them back since then hoping to finalize the design and get in the queue. But they will not return my calls. My husband called.No luck. I got President's day off so I went there hoping to discuss the changes, finish the plan, make a downpayment and get on the 2024 schedule. I have the money earmarked for this project and I was very excited about it. I asked the designer if they wanted the project. The designer said that they could not get to the work until ***maybe*** October 2024. I just walked out because I was about to burst into tears. I feel it is unprofessional of them not to return my multiple calls beginning in July '23. When I physically go there, they basically tell me that they are too busy to commit to this year. If they had returned my calls anytime within a 7 month period, and said they were too busy, I might be on someone's else's 2024 schedule.
