I contacted Brad over the weekend for an unknown issue we were having with our furnace. With it being a Sunday afternoon, I was concerned we weren’t going to find someone to come out to take a look. Brad called me back promptly and I explained to him the issue and how quickly the temp was dropping, with a pregnant girlfriend and a three year old, we needed someone to come out ASAP. Within an hour of that call, Brad had his tech out to our house. Tony quickly diagnosed the issue and got our heat up and running again. He was professional, friendly and efficient. The price to diagnose and fix on an after hours day was completely reasonable and we plan to use them for future needs!
I hired Brad a few weeks ago for a furnace issue that I had out in Fulton. He he gave me a great price to come out and take a look at it. Within a few minutes he had a diagnosed fixed and was done. Very polite. Very honest with his pricing. It was really refreshing to see that somebody actually still cares about the customer instead of treating you like a number like the big corporations do and have done for so long. It's time to bring the small businesses back to the top. I will never call anyone again for any kind of service other than Brad. I would definitely urge anyone looking for service to look into him.
BGMG Heating and Air- Showed up within an hour of my call to them. I did not know what to expect but they were referred by a friend. They were friendly and professional. Brad told me that my 40+ year old furnace was done. He gave me an estimate which was much lower than I expected and had the new one installed within 24 hours of my call. Brad had to get the new furnace in Syracuse and rushed to get there and pick it up before a 4 PM closing time. It was installed on the next day, which was a Saturday. He also went to the trouble of making a few changes to my water heater at no charge, that were not up to current code. I really appreciated the honesty and concern shown to me. His charges were more than fair and were explained in detail. I highly recommend BGMG Heating. They are really great people !
Brad was very quick to come out when our furnace stopped working. The install took longer than expected and was more involved than he initially thought, but he worked late and got the new furnace installed in one afternoon. He was polite, informative and very easy to work with! We highly recommend giving him a call!!
Our furnace stopped working and Brad came to look at it (charged $180) and he was dishonest with us about a part needed for our furnace. He said it was obsolete and it would cost a lot of money to fix. He pushed for us to get a new furnace installed the next day. I found the part online for $70 and ordered it. He also said he would give us a discount on the new furnace for being a valued customer and he would knock off the cost of the last repair. The discount he offered is just the 10% deal he's already offering to everyone else this month. There is no special deal. We are going to have someone else install the part and if we need a new furnace, we will not go with Brad. I'm pretty disappointed because we liked his service prior to this experience. Once a business lies to us, we're done.
