DO NOT USE CNY ROOFING. I had CNY Roofing install a ridge vent and do a minor roof repair but they did a terrible job . Pics tell the story. .Brand new shingles are torn with nail heads exposed .The owner wanted more money to finish the roof repair . On top of the bad install and repair . They left debris on my lawn
This company did a great job 4 years ago on replacing my roof as well as fixing my chimney. So far so good! Additionally, they have been very responsive to any questions I’ve had over the years. They even came and dropped off a few materials without charge a few years later when I finally was able to do another home repair. I get the impression that they’re a small, family run business as they were very quick to come out when I thought the roof might be leaking (it wasn’t) but less quick when I called for materials. They seemed busy but never dismissive and they came through above and beyond when they could as they did it all without charge. They didn’t have to do that. This company operates professionally and with integrity. It’s nice and I recommend them.
100% pleased with outcome of roof replacement. Called last week, Zach from CNY Roofing came out and gave me a very completive bid. One week later we have a beautiful Corning Owens asphalt shingled roof. The CNY crew was awesome and answered any question I had during the installation process. Excellent job of after installation clean up. I highly recommend CNY Roofing.
Called in regards to a leak in my roof and trying other companies with no response. They came out a few hours later to look at my roof. Gave me a no pressure evaluation and were very straightforward. The crew was very knowledgeable and easy to speak with. They were able to get me in the next day. Crew came out and get a great job in a few hours. Thanks for your service. I will recommend company to anyone who asks..finally great service in a timely manner.
Very pleased with the service and outcome of the work. I had moss growing on my roof and requested a partial roof cleaning. They have a very efficient intake and quoting process. Gavin, their employee, did a great job, very professional, organized and fixed the issue nicely. Would use them for other services Nytine.
