Very friendly and professional from start to finish. Setting up appointment for exterior house washing was fast and efficient. Job was done well and worker was very courteous. Washing of my mold and algae covered cedar shake shingle house exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!!!
My project was a partial roof cleaning primarily to remove moss caused by my neighbor’s nearby pine trees. Technician Ryan arrived on time. He was polite, explained the job to me and answered all my questions. He worked efficiently and professionally. When he finished, he cleaned up completely and we discussed the results. Great customer service and follow up! Very patient about rescheduling for gutter cleaning due to trees dropping their leaves so late in the season. And not only was the customer service great, but the actual work cleaning the gutters was also amazing! Will definitely use them again and I know they offer lots of other services. Five stars for sure.
Roman was super helpful and accommodating! He and the other tech were wonderful at explaining what they found on the roof and future preventative measures that I could take to make sure that our roof stays in top condition! This is the second time that we have used CNY Roof Cleaners. They are right on time, do a great job and are very reasonably priced. The first time we had them just do the roof wash to remove some nasty moss build up on the roof, which they guaranteed for two years. Honestly it's been just about 3 years since the first job, and we just started to get a little moss back. So, this time we got ahead of the issue and had them do the roof wash, plus added in house washing and concrete washing! They did an excellent job and would recommend them!
