Very friendly and professional from start to finish. Setting up appointment for exterior house washing was fast and efficient. Job was done well and worker was very courteous. Washing of my mold and algae covered cedar shake shingle house exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!!!
This is the second time that we have used CNY Roof Cleaners. They are right on time, do a great job and are very reasonably priced. The first time we had them just do the roof wash to remove some nasty moss build up on the roof, which they guaranteed for two years. Honestly it's been just about 3 years since the first job, and we just started to get a little moss back. So, this time we got ahead of the issue and had them do the roof wash, plus added in house washing and concrete washing! They did an excellent job and would recommend them!
We recently had CNY Roof Cleaners come up to give our house a full roof cleaning and exterior cleaning (house wash) thanks to a recommendation/referral from our niece, Larissa. Our experience with this service was excellent from start to finish. Lining up the appointment was a breeze with a very personable young man, Tyler. Many places have a long wait list for services to be provided but we received a very quick appointment date. The serviceman, Roman, was very professional, experienced plus considerate of our home and landscape. He provided us with excellent service. I do not recommend this company. My initial experiences with this company were good in 2023 - technicians did a good job cleaning the gutters. However, they recommended a gutter guard product to keep debris out, they installed it (without my approval), I paid for it, and it did not work properly. Caused water to run over the top of the gutters and flow down along my foundation. Basically preventing my gutters from collecting the rain water and taking it away from the foundation. Big issue. Numerous calls to them - couple of visits to the house - initially claimed it was not their product causing the issue. Subsequently, technician admitted the product was "defective" (his word). Said to call the owner who would make it right. I called the owner and left a number of messages - would never return my call - and, owner would not remedy the situation or refund the money - nearly $2,000. I am posting this review to inform others of my experience. The owner did not stand behind his product. There are other great companies around the area that provide this service and do a great job. Buyer beware.
Loved the service I received from CNY Roof Cleaners. Easy to work with and efficient. The real reason I needed their service was because my roof had some moss. My roof, and house, now look brand new. My windows need to be cleaned, which I did expect, and my primrose garden took a hit from the washing, but the flowers are coming back and the moss in the flower bed is gone too. I am very pleased with how my house looks! Great job guys :)
