My Family and I struggled with our faucet, garbage disposal and our hot water tank for about 3 months and we had 2 other companies send out a technician and they were not successful. A friend referred Dustin and he was amazing! It was late at night and he took our call; he came over in a snow storm to help us figure out the problems we were having. Within an hour, he identified them and was able to repair our leaking faucet in the kitchen, fix the garbage disposal and scheduled a later date to install our hot water tank. He took the time to follow up with us and accomodate our schedule. The following weekend he came over and installed the hot water tank. He did not leave a mess and stayed for a while to make sure his work was guaranteed. We are so thankful we found Dustin! He did amazing work for an affordable price and has excellent customer service skills. He was very resourceful and professional. We have already recommended him to family, friends and coworkers. I was really happy with the experience we had. I spoke with the owner and they were able to get their team to install a new hot water heater same day. They arrived quicker than anticipated due to finishing an earlier job sooner than expected. Installation went well and they brought our system up to code by installing shut-off valves. I would reccommend and use them again for anything we need!
Extremely friendly and prompt. Not only did they take care of the issue, they went a step further and diagnosed what the issue was and communicated an effective plan moving forward to eliminate a further problem. Both Zane and Dustin responded in a professional, friendly manner and will DEFINITELY be who we contact in the future for our plumbing needs. Lastly, extremely fair pricing.
Everybody should be aware that this company is no longer run by Zane and Dustin… when I hired them to do a large scale plumbing repair it was owned by both Zane and Dustin. While they were performing the job, the crew got the purple pipe primer on my Recrete walkway and I notified them while they were still on site. Dustin was the master plumber on my job when it was completed…. They attempted to clean the pipe primer off with something and it in turn ate the sealer off my walkway and so colored it. Again I contacted the company immediately and they advised they would fix it. Fast forward to spring and I attempt to contact Zane with no answer/response so I call the office. I finally get to speak with Abby who has Dustin call me back. Dustin explains that he and Zane had parted ways but that he would make it right and get my concrete taken care of. I did all the leg work and had Recrete come fix the issue for $300… it’s not perfect but I was willing to accept this as opposed to the other option, which is redo the job for $2400. I contacted Dustin and he told me he would send me a check… weeks pass with no communication…. I contact him and am told he’s waiting for a check to clear and will send my check…. Now months have passed with no check and he is not responding to any communication from me. I’ve attempted the office with no answer. Very disappointed as I gave him the opportunity to make this right and was patient with him because he told me he still wanted to do business in the area…. Needless to say I wouldn’t hire him as he clearly isn’t a man of his word. I believe he is currently doing business a DG Plumbing and Mechanical but using the same address and phone number. Sorry Dustin, but my patience has run out with the games.
I called them Tuesday and had an appointment Wednesday am to fix / replace an outside spigot. The plumbers who did the work were courteous and respectful. Upon entering our house they put booties on covering their boots. Nice! They recommended replacing 20 year old spigot instead of repairing as this is what he would do if it was his home. Good advice. Highly recommend for your plumbing needs!
