We had a great experience with Forte. The crew arrived on time and got right to work. They finished our roof in less than a day and a half. They addressed any concerns we had and they left the job site meticulous. When comparing five other quotes, they came in the lowest by far. I just referred my cousins and they are going with Forte too. Many thanks to Jeremy and his crew!
I highly recommend Forte Roofing. The estimate was the best out of 4 companies and the work was exceptional. Andres and the crew showed up on time worked hard all day and did a beautiful clean up. I had a very positive experience with Forte Roofing. Vinny helped us with our estimate and was very straightforward and clear with everything. He answered all of our questions and even patched a leak we had to hold us over until the roof could be replaced. On installation day, the team was led by Jeremy Guerrero and they did a great job. He kept me up to date with information and pictures, as the installation occurred. There were many pieces of rotting plywood that they were able to replace that same day. At the end we discovered some minor siding damage and Jeremy fixed it quickly without issue. Everything was completed in a single day. I am very happy with the whole experience!
Hard to believe all these 5 star reviews when this company put a roof on my apartment building and totally destroyed our A/C and our bedroom was full of debris and dust from the roof removal. Even my truck, which somewhat mimicked their own company truck got damaged and had roofing materials thrown in the back of it. I had to replace clothing, my tablet, my TV, my A/C, my Bed and sheets/blanket, among other items. I would never recommend this company to anyone! After securing the permit from the City of Syracuse via a FOIL request, we now know this company (Forte Roofing) DID do the roof although they adamantly denied any involvement at all, and visited the property with the landlord but made no attempt to talk to this writer and resolve the problem. Terrible company!! .
Forte roofing did a marvelous job! They arrived right on time and went right to work. They kept me updated through the day with pictures and when I came home from work they were just about done. Looked around at all the work and it all looked great, but best of all they cleaned up fantastically, looked better than it did when they started! I would highly recommend their services.
