Brandon came over quickly to help us address an issue. He came back the next day to do the work and saw an issue that National Grid needed to fix first. He handled calling and getting them to our house and then he finished the work. He was efficient and professional and kept us informed throughout the process. Highly recommend for any electrical work!

Brandon came to my daughter’s home and I went through my concerns. The house was purchased without an inspection. I received an estimate that night and scheduled service the next week. Frank came in the AM replaced the fuse box and installed GFI breakers as well as a few other smaller jobs. I would definitely recommend them. They had come highly recommended by our contractor and I see why.

Poor customer service. We had some work done a year ago. My husband ran into problems installing our new appliances. It was just a lower amp circuit breaker that was needed. I know the customer isn't always right, but he wouldn't even consider coming here to look at it without stating he would charge us. It was already decided nothing was wrong. Has an overall inability to provide good customer service. Even went as far to post my husband's job title and personal phone number on here they were so angry with the poor review. Unprofessional. Could have come looked at it and had a decent conversation. Might have even been able to charge for it but we'll never know now. What's awful is the harassment that we are left dealing with now that they won't leave us alone. Posting names, phone, numbers, lies, and swearing in reviews. We are allowed to share our poor experiences with businesses that have poor customer service. It's our right. And now they won't let it go.
