I am so grateful for the folks at Heat Wiser. They came out and replaced two furnaces and a hot water heater at my mother-in-law’s home and communicated with us the entire time. They did a great job, were affordably priced for the scope of the work, and went above and beyond to make sure our family was taken care of - including making sure my mother-in-law knows how to work the new thermostat. They even recommended relocating the new furnaces to be more energy efficient, which also opened up a load of space in the basement - a win-win in our book. I’m so glad we found them and I highly recommend them for your HVAC needs!
Heat Wiser installed a new heat pump system for us. They did an excellent job. The crew of Chuck, Vince, and Josh were thorough and efficient and we were completely comfortable having them in our home.The owner, Dominic, was true to his word on every point of the install. The condensation pump had quit and it was time to get our furnace maintenance before winter sets in. There was no urgency but they were at our home in 2 days. The tech performed a thorough check of everything, had to call for a pump to be sent out to him. Everything was completed within just about a hour. Arrived on time and left no tools or parts behind. I highly recommend this company for their skill and experience. I’ve had their products now for almost 15 years. Never have been disappointed in either of their products or service.
