From the start to finish absolutely amazing job. Great communication. Timely and professional. They worked non stop and finally I can feel at peace and not freeze and get up every two hours especially in this old house that the furnace has been in for 20 plus years and was done way wrong to begin with thank you for coming in a hurry

My installation occurred on the date and time that it was scheduled and the staff members provided a detailed explanation about everything that they were going to do. I am so grateful for the folks at Heat Wiser. They came out and replaced two furnaces and a hot water heater at my mother-in-law’s home and communicated with us the entire time. They did a great job, were affordably priced for the scope of the work, and went above and beyond to make sure our family was taken care of - including making sure my mother-in-law knows how to work the new thermostat. They even recommended relocating the new furnaces to be more energy efficient, which also opened up a load of space in the basement - a win-win in our book. I’m so glad we found them and I highly recommend them for your HVAC needs!

Very knowledgeable and friendly! Chuck did a thorough job on my furnace inspection, and was happy to talk me through what he was doing and answer all of my questions. They were professional in their assessment, pointing out things that could be improved but making it clear that they were minor and didn't need urgent fixing given that everything was working well.
