I am so grateful for the folks at Heat Wiser. They came out and replaced two furnaces and a hot water heater at my mother-in-law’s home and communicated with us the entire time. They did a great job, were affordably priced for the scope of the work, and went above and beyond to make sure our family was taken care of - including making sure my mother-in-law knows how to work the new thermostat. They even recommended relocating the new furnaces to be more energy efficient, which also opened up a load of space in the basement - a win-win in our book. I’m so glad we found them and I highly recommend them for your HVAC needs!

I’d like to start with from the minute Amanda answered the phone for my request to have an estimate on a new furnace and AC it was a pleasure. Dominick came and looked over my 25 year old units and didn’t shame me cause of their age as I had experienced from everyone else. Told me every step that would happen from me writing the check to the finish of the installation. And he was right. His crew showed up….incredibly polite and patient with every question I had as they worked. I couldn’t have crafted a better experience. I know there are a million HVAC companies out there….Ive dealt with a few What I can tell you is Heatwiser did what they said they would do…and that you cant put a price on. When he walked into my house he looked me in the eye and shook my hand. Respect. A man’s word is their reputation and Dominick’s rep is stellar in my book.
Chuck of Heat Wiser came and assessed our faulty 31 year old furnace. We needed a new one ! He was very timely and knowledgeable about replacing and old furnace. System works great and is so quiet! Highly recommend.
Gave them a call for my hot water heater which randomly stopped working, they dispatched an inspection within an hour of my call, the inspector was quick and efficient and got me a quote the same day. It’s the busy season for jobs like this and they were able to squeeze me in the next day so my family could have hot water for the shower. Dominick was awesome. He is very polite and respectful, and you wouldn’t have even known he was there with how quiet and efficient he was. Definitely recommend them to anyone with water heater issue, and even furnace issues. They actually replaced my furnace a few months prior and is why I called them again for this issue.
