McCann was amazing! I had a water pipe leaking though my floor in a hard spot to get to in a crawlspace. Made it out same day i called, was in touch and very informative. Even beat the price i was quoted by another company by half price!!! Thank god i found McCann! Money was tight and he stayed within my budget and got everything fixed and working! Thanks again!!

Excellent work installing new water heater. Went above and beyond to replumb the water heater so the controls were not facing the wall. Got the job done quickly and professionally. Highly recommend!
Have never had such a great experience with a contractor. Sean is a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable about what he does. Installed a new vented hot water heater for me. Explained to me about the unit and how to maintain it. He also checked out my furnace and also how to maintain it, at no charge! I’ll definitely refer him to anyone who needs HVAC work.👍
Sean installed a tankless hot water heater for me in 2022. I had him back to clean my furnace last year and this year and to service the tankless. He is very good at what he does. He is meticulous with his work and very responsible. I refer him whenever I can.
