It’s hard to believe that I’ve been a member for over 2 years. Every workout is tailored to my personal limitations. I work with a Chiropractor, usually Jeff and Taylor, who has in-depth knowledge and is personally wanting and encouraging me to exceed. My overall strength is strong and getting stronger and my balance is improving as well as cognitively I feel a difference. I love the overall atmosphere where you see some wonderful people I know and where I meet new faces. Another benefit is the superior acupuncture treatments that have directly helped specific issues. The Skan Team, Dan, Taylor, Jeff and Jim are exceptional trainers and wonderful people to know!

My 11 year old son attends the after school program 2 days per week with Dan and Nate. He loves it and we are so thrilled to bring him to this great family run gym. Dan and his team are kind and encouraging- it’s what you hope it would be. The facility is large, clean and most importantly safe. My son has grown in strength and confidence and I would highly recommend this very positive and motivating experience for all tweens and beyond.

I started going to SSC 4+ years ago as part of post heart attack rehab. What I discovered was more than just a place to work out. I was welcomed into as community of caring and committed wellness professionals that customized a dynamic fitness program to help me heal and help me to age well. This is a life enhancing place where all are welcome. Fun and caring as we “stay as strong as we can for as long as we can”. Come and join us. You won’t be sorry!

I've been going to Skan Strength for over 2 years now. My overall health has improved dramatically. The variety of exercises Jeff takes us through keep the visits interesting. The camaraderie of the others that join us in the morning is a big bonus. It all makes exercising fun ... believe it or not.

So my children have been attending Skan strength and fitness for just about a year… the environment programs and hands on approach from the physical trainers/ owners is amazing. They really put your/ your child’s needs first. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone starting for themselves or their student athletes.
