I feel these folks were skilled, honest and thorough in their work, including the fact they cleaned up my property so thoroughly afterwards that one would never know the work had been done! I did have a dumpster blocking my driveway for over a week and a half, but this was not their fault, as the weather was uncooperative and our dump was closed for several days around Thanksgiving. They communicated well, seem to have done quality work with quality materials, answered all my questions, and promptly corrected an issue I noted with the contracts. I will recommend them to anyone needing roofing/gutter work on their home.
SOS replaced my roof last summer. The entire staff was great to work with from start to finish. The sales rep responded to me quickly and met with me in-person to provide an estimate. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The crew worked efficiently; I was amazed at how quickly they completed the project. They replaced the decking material that was damaged and installed high-quality underlayment's to properly protect my roof. The foreman on site answered all my questions and patiently explained everything to me. Dave, the owner, also stopped by personally while the crew was working and then again to do an inspection upon job completion and make sure I was completely satisfied with all the work the crew had completed. The entire process from start to finish went so much smoother than I anticipated it would. I am so excited to know that my new roof has a 50 year manufacturer warranty in addition to the SOS workmanship warranty. I would highly recommend SOS to anyone who needs a roof replacement - easy to work with, knowledgeable staff, great communication, efficient work!
We had a roof replaced two weeks ago by SOS. There were four guys and a lady that came over to the house and did a wonderful wonderful job. They removed two roofs from my house and install the new roof and a skylight and it came out absolutely beautiful. They also have a foreman by the name of Trey who was on site and made sure everything was taken care of properly. If I had another house, I would use them again too.
I would highly recommend this company, even though I didn’t end up using them. They came out quickly to give me an estimate and also suggested to check with a mason. I ended up having to have my chimney replaced completely so I didn’t need to use them. They were very good about refunding my deposit. If I have any roofing needs in the future, I will certainly reach out to them.
Saw SOS working on a roof across the street from me and was impressed at how efficiently, quickly and neatly they were working so approached them about doing my leaking back porch roof. They gave an immediate estimate and were there to perform the work within two weeks. I received the same work ethic I witnessed across the street. Would highly recommend.
