I was recommended to the Roofing Guys through a friend and a business owner locally. The next day, Patrick was on the phone, setting up a time to come look at the roof and give me an estimate. Pat kept it touch but was not pushy in the following week. We made some adjustments to the style of shingles and that was it, signed ready to go for the following week. It's Roofing day and they are here on time. Shingles, drip edge, everything good to go. I met with Austin and he made sure everything was good and the project began. End of day, the roof is complete and WOW does it look amazing. Austin went over some small things. Fast forward a week, roof looks great, everything was taken care of and my roof looks like the nicest one in my neighborhood. From Patrick to Austin to Rick and even Mike, they were all great to interact with, respectful of my property, and making sure I was happy and it was done to perfection. There's alot into a roof, it's a huge investment and alot of money. I'm very happy I chose roofing guys for their quality work, material, recommendations and their true honestly. Thanks alot to you all!
It was done in a day. Like advertised they finished the small 900 square foot roof in a day, hopefully it doesn’t leak. I did however have to call them back to pick up the mess they left inside my house after they finished. I also had to spend three hours picking glass out of my backyard from the skylight that broke while they removed it. I figured for the price I paid they would at least clean my house and backyard from their own trash/mess they made. They also had to use my broom and my blanket/towels as a tarp since apparently they don’t have their own. Over priced, over valued, under delivered. Edit: still haven’t gotten anything in the mail and it’s been weeks. Update: Three months later, still zero compensation from them. We’ve received nothing in the mail. Not only are they unprepared but apparently also make false promises
From start to finish, couldn't have dealt with a better group of people. My salesman Casey, was awesome to work with, and Rick and his crew did a great job! What an improvement. No need to get multiple quotes from other companies. The Roofing guys were honest, affordable, and do great work. Highly recommend!
Needed a new roof replaced. I got three estimates on a Sunday. The Roofing Guys quote was ballpark with another Syracuse company and a LOT less than this big builder that knocked on my door. Early November and a week later we had a nice new roof, and I had them do my 86 year old father’s house too on the same day. Clean up was great on both places. The company is very easy to deal with start to finish. Basically need a roof? Call them, get a quote, agree, and you have a new roof when you get home from work. Send them a check. Fairly priced. Thanks Roofing Guys! Good work.
I am a customer in CNY who had a roof, two skylights, and a wood chimney exterior structure replaced by TheRoofingGuys. From the start of the consult with Shane to the finished product, the service and install was outstanding. Shane was incredibly professional and accommodating to my requests of the skylight and chimney stack install. Of the three quotes we received from the roofing guys and other companies, the roofing guys was an easy choice. Highly recommended.
