I used this firm for a DWI arrest back in 2014. When pulled over, I refused the breath test. I had previous DWI's but nothing since 1999, 15 years earlier. The attorney that took my case worked for Anelli and was based in Saratoga County, New York. The fee for my case was $5,000. The attorney provided little information at the time on how the 25-year look back would affect me with my previous history. For $5,000, the Anelli attorney pleaded me out to a DWI instead of making every attempt to get the charges reduced. I've been waiting for years for the old DWI's to drop off under the 25-year lookback, and once they did, I was under the assumption that I would be eligible to get my license reinstated. I was wrong! The result of my case put me into a lifetime revocation, based on points and previous DWI's and for that I blame the Anelli Firm and the Saratoga County attorney. For those of you who find yourself in this situation do your homework, and hire competent representation to achieve favorable results. I did not and will now pay the price for the rest of my life.
