I can’t express how grateful I am to have discovered this gem hiding away. I’ve needed a 24 hour gym that offers exactly what this one does and is incredibly clean. It’s the best place that I start my day. I give the gym, owner or individual who helped me sign up a perfect 10, however truly the most unwelcoming and unfriendly people in a gym working out in this community (not the staff or anyone on the phone) I’ve met to date , apart from one person, and there aren’t many when I go. That is the only thing that is a minor issue but overall it’s my home away from home. Thanks for providing such an amazing place and service to a small area.

The ultimate judgment free gym. The owners are super friendly and helpful. Typical gym population at peak time (around 4pm) is maybe 10 people at most and everyone is super kind. Best thing about this gym is you can come any day, any time and it’s very secure and safe. Many times you’ll see people giving each other tips on how to perfect different exercises. Although it’s a smaller gym you have literally everything you need. I highly recommend this gym
