Great job, thought we would have to replace the flooring. Now looking like brand new. Two room complete ,pics for one available. Nice guys, I would definitely recommend them

100% I feel so lucky to have had Bob Trzaska and Jim Denka of Upstate Hardwood Floors refinish the floors of 3 large rooms of my house. They had to deal with getting very large furniture, armoires, sideboards, cabinets, desks, chairs, tv, rugs, wall hanging, a grand piano, and curtains, all moved or protected. I asked for a clear, water-based finish, which meant that they had to sand painstakingly, apply a perfect layer of the treatment, allow it to dry, buff it, then start all over again, for three layers. They did a fabulous job. (Wish I could attach my lictures to this!) They even have a specialized dust removal device that works! Only thing is, now I have to have the rest of the house done! They are fast, professional, and expeditious, willing to answer a lot of questions. They do what they say they will do. I recommend them, 100%! Lindsay

Had to give address 3 times, forgot when he made the first appointment, made a second appointment and called to change again. When I told him to never mind coming, he hung up on me! Not professional at all.
